Ignite Fitness - Coaching Material and Members Area Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of coaching materials and members area content provided by Ignite Fitness, hereinafter referred to as the "Company," to the client, hereinafter referred to as the "Client."
2. Coaching Materials and Members Area Content
2.1 The Company agrees to provide the Client with coaching materials and access to a members area, including but not limited to workout plans, nutritional guides, and any other proprietary information (the "Materials") as part of the coaching services.
2.2 The Materials, including content within the members area, are the exclusive property of Ignite Fitness and are provided for the sole purpose of the Client's personal use in connection with the coaching services.
3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
3.1 The Client agrees that the Materials and members area content are confidential and proprietary to Ignite Fitness.
3.2 The Client shall not, without the prior written consent of Ignite Fitness, disclose, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make the Materials or members area content available to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
3.3 The Client shall take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of the Materials and members area content.
4. Permitted Use
4.1 The Client may use the Materials and members area content solely for their personal fitness and wellness purposes in connection with the coaching services provided by Ignite Fitness.
4.2 The Client shall not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Materials or members area content, in whole or in part.
5. Ownership of Intellectual Property
5.1 The Client acknowledges that Ignite Fitness retains all intellectual property rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials and members area content, including any modifications or enhancements made by the Client.
6. Termination and Return of Materials
6.1 Upon termination of the coaching services, the Client shall promptly return or destroy all copies of the Materials and members area content in their possession or control.
7. Governing Law
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
