Collection of data. Our services start with completing all registration paperwork, taking measurements, and filling out a food diary. By doing this, we can better understand your current situation and develop a plan that will help you succeed in meeting your nutrition goals.

We begin by booking your weekly time slot where we will get started analysing your food diary, setting your starting point, habits, goals, and targets.  Through each session, we work with you to reflect on concerns and celebrate your successes while setting new habits and goals. We are committed to helping you achieve your full potential and lead a healthy, active lifestyle.
